I just paid $4.11/gallon for gas. Ridiculous! Enough already! Will there be any relief? No, I don't see any in sight. In my opinion, the whole problem with our economy revolves around the rise of the gas prices. Shipping items costs more because of higher gas prices, which trickles down to consumers because producers and then retailers raise their prices and pass the cost of shipping on to us. The problem is, we can't hardly afford to buy anything else to help sustain a balanced economy because all of our spending power goes into our own car's gas tank. The rising gasoline prices should take priority as our government leaders address how to help adjust our economic crisis (in my humble opinion).
I guess I'll step off my soapbox now.

I so agree with you! We are spending $400-$500/mo on gas. It's crazy! I think all cars should go electric!
How is Hawaii? I never heard about any of the details like where you guys ended up living, how is school, how does Zach like work, how are you doing, and all the rest! I'd really like to know how you are liking it there. I know in a couple of months I am going to be wishing I could join you!! It's actually still really nice here which is great, still like summer really. We miss you guys!!
Come back to MA --- gas is "only" $3.65/gallon.
Ya, the details of the economy can be kind of depressing. The owner of a locally owned toy store told me that in all of his years, inflation of toys has been exorbitant for the very reason you mention.
It was great to hear from you! Driving by Westminster Rd. makes me miss you!!!
